BlameSteve is a Slack bot that posts daily team-building questions to engage your team. The Service includes:

• Daily AI-generated questions posted at 9am
• Team voting and interaction features
• Live leaderboard tracking
• Automated team engagement activities

3. Subscription and Billing

BlameSteve is a subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to:

• A 7-day free trial period (credit card required)
• Automatic billing after the trial period ends
• Monthly or yearly billing cycle based on your selected plan
• The right to cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for partial billing periods

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate billing and contact information
• Maintain the security of your Slack workspace
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not abuse, harass, or misuse the Service
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Temporarily suspend service for technical issues

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Third-party actions or Slack platform issues
• Content generated by AI or team members

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violations of these terms or fraudulent activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where the service provider is located.
